does not apply a one-size-fits-all approach to developing our
referral partner plans. While all of our reseller partners decide
to offer their clients payment processing capabilities, not all
partners have the capacity or time to manage all of the aspects
of a successful processing program in-house.
To meet these varying levels of capacity, TRANSFIRST
designs a referral partner program that is best suited for your
business. In-depth discovery is performed with referral partner
prospects to determine what participation level most appeals to
them. From our experience, we find that reseller partners vary
in their abilities and desires as to the type of retention or
added client value being sought, amount or partner staff available
to solicit support of the program, revenue goals, and marketing
budget and abilities.
Each partner is unique, and we work together
with each referral group to develop a plan that maximizes their
capabilities and best meets their goals. TRANSFIRST
plays a more active role when working with partners that have
minimum participation in mind, and works diligently to step back
behind the scenes and simply support the efforts of those who
plan on taking a more hands-on approach.
